Now that you've had a chance to review the brand brochure(s) and understand the opportunity, we'll invite to have a Video Call with one of our representatives. At the end of a successful Video Call, you will then receive the mandatory franchise disclosure document (FDD). Basics covered during your Video Call:

Learn about the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD),
After a successful Video Call, we'll email you the FDD.
FDD: document 1 of 2...
The contents of the FDD are regulated by federal and state franchise laws and within every FDD are 23 disclosure items that include information about the franchisor, the franchisor's management team, estimated start-up expenses, legal obligations, and other information about the franchise opportunity. We are happy to answer any questions you may have.

We'll start preparing your Agreement.
Welcome, to CHIZE brands!
After electronically acknowledging receipt of the FDD, you will then receive a DocuSign link to review the franchise Agreement. Once you have reviewed the Agreement and signed, the balance of the franchisee fee is required before officially welcoming you as a franchise owner.

Getting you prepared for a successful Launch
We're happy to host you at our corporate office in sunny Miami, Florida for the Training Intensive. The Training is a full 7-hour day. The key material that is covered is called the "Operations Manual". The Manual is a fluff-free, 100+ pages that covers all aspects of operating the franchise. We'll bring in some lunch, hang out then get down to business!
